Little to no impact. Can still function or a work around is in place. Acknowledged, accepted and resolved within 16 work hours.

Medium
Minimal impact. Limited functionality or a work around is in place. Acknowledged, accepted and resolved within 8 work hours.

High
Severe impact, cannot perform all or some of your duties with no work around in place. Acknowledged, accepted and resolved within 2 work hours. This priority requires department lead approval.

Critical
Severe impact/outage, cannot perform your duties and there is no work around in place. Acknowledged, accepted and resolved within 1 work hour. This priority requires department lead approval.
