Nicole Pemberton

With experience in recruiting in the retail telecommunications industry, Nicole Pemberton has formed her career in both recruiting and adult learning and training. She is passionate about training and development of others and freely shares her expertise and has been identified as a coach and mentor.

In her current role as a corporate retail recruiter at Verizon, she works to match the most qualified scalable talent to Verizon retail stores in the Gulf Coast area. Since joining Verizon in 2006, she has successfully obtained her Masters in Human Resource Management and her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. Nicole is always looking to strategize her next move and believes that if you want more, you should ask for more and then be willing to do more. Her quest for knowledge in self-improvement lead her to her often shared ideology “all you can do is ask, and all they can do is tell you no, which is really just a slow yes.”  With that said, her opinions are solely her own and do not reflect the opinions of her employer.
