Northwest Florida State College Seeks Nominations for 2018 Alumni Awards

NICEVILLE, FL– The Northwest Florida State College Foundation is calling for nominations for its 2018 Alumni Awards. Each award honors a deserving alumnus of Okaloosa-Walton Junior College, Okaloosa-Walton Community College, Okaloosa-Walton College or NWF State College.
There are four categories of awards:
- Distinguished Alumni Award – NWF State College alumnus who is a true success story in a state or national arena.
- Against The Odds Award – NWF State College alumnus who has achieved success despite adversity.
- Rising Star Award – NWF State College alumnus who is under 40 years of age and is a success story with potential for achievement in a state or national arena.
- Hometown Hero – NWF State College alumnus who has achieved success within the college’s district and demonstrated notable community involvement.
All Alumni Award recipients will be recognized at the Foundation’s Annual Scholars and Donors Luncheon in fall of 2018.
