Governor Scott Appoints Major General Don Litke to the Northwest Florida State College Board of Trustees

NICEVILLE, FL- Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the appointment of Major General Don Litke, USAF, Ret., to the Northwest Florida State College Board of Trustees.
“We are privileged to have Major General Don Litke join our Board of Trustees at NWF State College,” said Dr. Devin Stephenson, President. “General Litke has long been a champion and supporter of our college and we look forward to his leadership as a member of our Board of Trustees.”
General Litke, 83, of Niceville, is a retired Major General in the United States Air Force. He received his bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and his master’s degree from George Washington University. General Litke is appointed to fill a vacant seat for a term beginning June 28, 2018 and ending May 31, 2019.
The appointment is subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
