Community Invited to Explore Career Day on October 3 at Northwest Florida State College

Niceville, FL- The media and community are invited to join Northwest Florida State College at the inaugural Career Day event to explore multiple career fields on October 3, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Demonstrations are planned by many partners to include the areas of culinary arts, public safety, health sciences, performing arts and advanced manufacturing.
Who will be at Career Day:
- Over 1,000 high school juniors and seniors from Okaloosa and Walton Counties
- Over 70 corporate partners including businesses like Costa Enterprises, Hilton Sandestin, The Prescription Place, Gulf Power, Chelco, Okaloosa Gas, Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport and the Hsu Foundation
- Northwest Florida State College faculty and staff can be made available for interviews
When: October 3, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
