Northwest Florida State College Nursing Continues to Improve in State Rankings

NICEVILLE, FL – The Northwest Florida State College Nursing program was recently ranked eighth among all Florida college and university nursing programs by RegisteredNursing.org. This ranking is based on an analysis of past and present pass rates of the NCLEX-RN, a national exam used to assess competency of registered nursing students that is required for licensure. RegisteredNursing.org ranked the top 50 Nursing Programs by percentage of graduates who pass the exam and the average of pass rates across varying years of the program. The State of Florida has more than 150 nursing programs.

Under the direction of Dr. Charlotte Kuss and exceptional faculty, NWF State College’s Nursing Program entered RegisteredNursing.org’s top 10 last year as the ninth ranked program and was previously ranked 15th in 2018.
