Home Education Students
- An eligible secondary student is a student who is enrolled in any of grades 6 through 12 in either a Home Education program and is registered with the District of Record, or students under the Personal Education Plan (PEP).
- Student eligibility requirements for initial enrollment in college credit dual enrollment courses must include a cumulative 3.0 unweighted high school grade point average and the minimum score in Reading, Writing, and Math on a common placement test adopted by the State Board of Education which indicates that the student is ready for college-level coursework.
- Student eligibility requirements for continued enrollment in college credit dual enrollment courses must include the maintenance of a 3.0 unweighted high school grade point average and the minimum postsecondary grade point average established by the postsecondary institution.

Home Education Students must submit a copy of their current Legal Compliance and Eligibility Form secured from the district of record. This form must be uploaded in the Registration Request Form. PLEASE NOTE: A NEW COMPLIANCE LETTER DATED FOR THE NEW ACADEMIC YEAR IS REQUIRED ANNUALLY.

Students must complete the Home Education Articulation Agreement Form. The student may follow the link in the email sent to the student’s Raider email upon completion of the first Registration Form or by clicking HERE . Students will not be registered until the Articulation Agreement is signed.

Personalized Education Program (PEP)

PEP Students must submit a copy of their Scholarship Award Letter annually. This form must be uploaded in the Registration Request Form. PLEASE NOTE: A NEW SCHOLARSHIP AWARD LETTER WILL BE REQUIRED EACH ACADEMIC YEAR.
Students participating in PEP are eligible to participate in dual enrollment. Students participating in PEP are not Home Education Students and have severed their ties with their home county or school district. The student/parent will be required to upload a copy of the Scholarship Letter to include the student’s name and academic year to their initial Registration Request Form. The Parent will serve as the counselor and provide all required information such as the Cumulative, Unweighted High School GPA (3.0 minimum) and Minimum Placement Scores in all areas Reading, Writing/Grammar, and Math.
REGISTRATION FORM:
When completing the Dual Enrollment Registration Form students should choose Personal Education Program for both Program Choice and High School from the drop-down menus.
PEP students will follow the guidelines in the Home Education Articulation Agreement and will be responsible for completing the Home Education Articulation Agreement Form. The student may follow the link in the email sent to the student’s Raider email upon completion of the first Registration Form or by clicking HERE.
