Futures Forward is an interactive camp for 8th–12th grade students that develops an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and hands-on training in high-growth, high-demand Career Technical Education (CTE) fields. The program courses are high-impact educational experiences scheduled across four campuses and centers. Students can participate in a variety of sessions including:

Cybersecurity
Esports: Overwatch (Ratings: ESRB: Teen 13+, PEGI: 12+, and Common Sense Media: 13-14+)
Marine Science: The Underwater World
Public Safety

Classes

All classes have limited enrollment. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
Each session is from Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to noon.

2026 SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION OPENS MARCH 30.

Locations

Please review the camp location for the camp you are interested in prior to registering your child. Summer camps are being held at four different NWFSC locations:

Chautauqua Center – 908 U.S. Highway 90 West, DeFuniak Springs, FL32433
Fort Walton Beach Campus – 1170 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547
Niceville Campus – 100 College Blvd East, Niceville, FL 32578

Camp Dates

Session 1: June 8 – June 11, 2026 (Monday – Thursday 9 a.m. to noon)
Session 2: June 15 – June 18, 2026 (Monday – Thursday 9 a.m. to noon)

Payment

All payments must be made using the online registration link at the time of registration (debit or credit only). No checks or cash will be accepted. Please note a 3% processing fee applies. Please email [email protected] if you have questions.

Refund Policy:

March 30-April 16 – Cancellation emails received March 30-April 16 will receive a full refund of registration fee minus $25.00 Administrative Fee and any transaction fees charged by CampSite (up to 3% varies by credit card type).
April 17-30 – Cancellation emails received April 17-April 30 will receive a 50% Refund of registration fee minus any transaction fees charged by CampSite (up to 3% varies by credit card type).
May 1 – No refunds beginning May 1st.
If the camp is cancelled by NWFSC for any reason, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued.

Refund Guidelines:

Directions: To cancel a registration an email must be sent to [email protected] and include the following information:

Camper’s Full Name to match registration
Camper’s date of birth
The Name of the Camp/s being canceled (i.e. Kids on Campus Week 1, Futures Forward Week 1, Basketball Week 1, etc.)

The email must be sent by the parent who initiated the registration from the email listed in CampSite.

The date of the email received will be matched to the refund window established below and will determine the amount of the refund.

No credits for a future session will be offered.
